That's the normal state of things. Loading bays, lift access, power points in the wrong corner, a stand that's narrower than the floor plan said. We go through the details with you before the day rather than discovering them on it, and we've yet to meet a venue we couldn't work in.
Most of our kit needs 2 x 2 m and a standard socket, which is why we fit into stands and function rooms where a full booth wouldn't.

An agency builds the campaign — strategy, creative, staffing, the whole event. We supply the interactive technology inside it, branded to whatever creative you or your agency have already agreed. Some clients come to us direct; many come through their agency.
Yes, and not just the outside of the booth. Backgrounds, on-screen overlays, printed output, AI-generated designs and merch all carry your artwork. Send it in advance and we test it before the day.
