GATHERING PHOTO CONTENT
To create the photomosaic, we require a collection of photos, which can be obtained through various methods:
- Photographer's Shots: Photos taken by the event photographer, capturing attendees at the entrance or throughout the event.
- Photo Booth (Photo Mirror): Utilizing our photo booth (photo mirror) and later retrieving electronic copies of the photos.
- Guest's Smartphone Snaps: Encourage attendees to take pictures with their smartphones and upload them at the designated time.
- Social Media Contribution: Alternatively, you can request attendees to post photos on Instagram with the specific hashtag we provide.
MOSAIC ASSEMBLY PROCESS
Once the photo collection stage is complete (or even concurrently), the program initiates the process of assembling the mosaic. This can be done in two different ways:
- Online - On-Screen: The mosaic creation is displayed on a screen in real-time for guests to watch.
- Offline - Printed Version: Two copies of each photo are printed. One copy serves as a keepsake for the guest, while the other has a corresponding number. This number corresponds to a specific physical location on a pre-prepared panel (or wall) where the PhotoMosaic will be constructed.
WALL ASSEMBLY METHODS
The assembly of the PhotoMosaic on the wall can be executed using various methods while collecting live mosaic photos:
- Professional Assembly: Our trained staff will expertly arrange all the photos on the wall. This approach ensures precision and a quick setup.
- Guest Participation: Alternatively, we can distribute the photos to event attendees. Each individual will then find the cell on the panel corresponding to the number on their photo and affix it to the wall. While this method adds an emotional touch and engagement, it might involve some errors and a slight delay. In case of any issues, we'll provide assistance and, if needed, reprint the necessary photos.
